Whilst writing I would just like to say a few words about Emma, Shirley, and Leslie. They are all lovely and caring people and a credit to your company. We feel lucky to have them looking after mum and dad. Shirley is great and probably saved my dad’s life by calling an ambulance. The PE meant his heart and organs were under extreme stress. Without catching it when we did, he may not have survived. I thanked her myself, but I thought I would let you know too. Emma is just lovely and
